Pawtraits.club provides AI-powered pet portrait creation services. We transform your uploaded pet photos into artistic portraits and print them on various products.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a license to use them solely for the purpose of creating your ordered products. You warrant that you have the right to use and share all uploaded content.
4. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are displayed in USD and do not include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
5. Shipping and Returns
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery for any issues.
6. Intellectual Property
The AI-generated artwork we create is for your personal use. You may not resell or commercially distribute the artwork without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Pawtraits.club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
